A small reduction adds up

One hour less per day saves about 15.2 full days each year.

You do not have to remove every screen. Start with the one app or moment that turns into an unplanned session.

If a few apps are the issue

Fella can block the selected apps that keep pulling you back.

Apps you leave unselected can remain available, so your useful phone stays useful.

Screen time calculator FAQ

How is the estimate calculated?

We multiply your daily average by 7, 30.44 and 365 for week/month/year, and by the years from your age to 75 for the lifetime view. Divide yearly hours by 24 for full days.

Does this tool track my iPhone?

No. The calculation happens in your browser using the number you enter. Nothing is connected to your phone or saved by Klippy.

Where can I find my iPhone screen time?

Open Settings → Screen Time → See All App & Website Activity. Switch between Day and Week to find a typical daily average.

What should I do with the result?

Look for the least intentional time — a feed you open while waiting, a game used to avoid a task, or a late-night scroll — and test one small boundary there.
